Hello Members of ETHS c/o 1989!

Terrence Doby here and I am beginning the daunting task of organizing our 20 year class reunion (I can't believe it's been that long). I have a lot of resources at my disposal to make this come together, but the most important resources that I need are time and a committee.

Hopefully, a committee of varied and diverse backgrounds can be assembled of people who have more time (or that are available different times) than me. So, I'm sounding the call to duty for those would like to participate on the planning committee for our 20 year class reunion. It will be a BIG JOB, but I'm sure we'll make it fun!

Ideally, the interested committee member would be in striking distance of ETHS so that we could meet in-person from time-to-time. This is certainly not a requirement, but a nice to have consideration. Geographically remote members should have some technical proficiency to participate in online web conferences and/or teleconferences. Also, I'd like to have at least one member who is a professional Project Manager on the team as well as one member who is professionally involved in the Financial Services sector.

I'd like to keep the committee size to nine (9) or some other managable, odd number of people (for voting and scheduling reasons, just to name a couple). So, of the replies I receive, I'll select at least eight (8) people to serve on the committee with me and the planning process will begin, in earnest, from there.

In your reply, please remember to include your geographic location and what you do for a living or any special skill set you may have [whether you're working or not] (Project Manager, CPA, etc.), if you feel like it'll have any bearing on the planning process. I'd like to have replies from interested persons e-mailed to me at dobyt@eths.k12.il.us by April 15, 2008. I'll make selections by the end of April and the newly assembled committee will be on its way.
