OHHS Class of '88 20 year reunion festivities!

Friday, Aug 15: Tour of OHHS, time TBD. Cost: Free!
We are in the process of arranging a tour of OHHS and the new statium. Time is still to be determined. This will be a family friendly event, so spouses and children will be invited. If you are interested in the tour, please RSVP with the number of people who will attend. More information to follow. This will be a no-cost event.

Friday evening, Aug 15: Flyer’s Restaurant and Brewery. 7:30pm-??? Cost: $30 per person
Casual kick off to our 20th reunion! Classmates only preferred due to size of patio (max 120). No children please. We have the patio reserved at Flyers Restaurant and Brewery which is owned by Jason Tritt, class of 1987. Patio will have a tent in the event of rain. They feature great micro brews made on the premises! Cost of the event includes live music by a local rock cover band, 2 drinks either house wine or micro brew and appetizers. $3 specials for house wine and beer after your tickets run out. Mixed drinks available inside. This is sure to be a fun start to our reunion weekend, so dont miss out!!

Saturday morning, Aug 16th: Golf Tournament. 10am-???. Cost: Military $32.50, Civilian $41.50

We have some information for the golf tourney on Saturday, Aug 16th. Keith Ross is organizing it, so please contact him at kross1@mac.com if you have questions. Preliminary Info for the Gallery Golf Course on base: Preliminary Fees (includes 18 holes of golf and a power cart)*: Military $32.50, Civilian $41.50. * The actual fees will be the published rates at the time of the tournament. Rental clubs avail. Keith needs $$ 1 week prior to tourney.

Saturday Night, Aug 16th. 6pm-???. Reunion main event-Elks Club. Cost: TBD soon!

Dress to impress! This is our main event for the reunion! We will be having a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing. Put your boogie shoes on and dance the night away! Spouses and or a guest are invited, unfortunately no children can come to this event. We will have some surprises and LOTS OF FUN! Please edit your original RSVP if you will be attending this event so that we can determine the cost per person. More info will follow.

Sunday, Aug 17th. Family Picnic, City Beach Park (now called Windjammer Park). Time: TBD Cost: $5.

Picnic is open to all ages. This is a great opportunity to show off your kids to the rest of our class! Alumni from other classes are welcome to attend, as well as teachers from our era. More details will follow. Is anyone interested in helping out with this event? We need help with this specific event. We need help with ideas for kid friendly activities, activities for alumni, cook food, set up, clean up. If you are wanting and willing to help, please email me.

How do you RSVP?? Preferred method is through the classmates.com website. If you are not enrolled through classmates, you can email me here and let me know which events you will attend and how many guests you will have.

Can I help with the reunion? Yes! We will need help Saturday setting up the Elks club for the event. We would also like to recruit people to work the check in desk. (If anyone knows of any alumni from another class that would like to help, that would be great! Please email and let us know!)

Sunday we will also need help. We will need volunteers who will cook (Neither Kathleen or I cook...trust us with that! LOL! Ask our husbands!!! =) ), help with set up or clean up. We also need ideas for games for kids as well as activities for us old folk!
