7-11 p.m. Buffet Dinner & Dancing
$60 per person (Checks payable to VHS Class of ‘68)

Hors d’Oervres: fresh fruit, cheese & crackers, and hot spinach & artichoke dip
Buffet (7:00-8:30): mixed greens w/champagne vinaigrette, seafood newburg w/rice, fillet mignon tips w/burgundy sauce, chicken stuffed w/spinach and mushrooms, seashells marinara, string beans almondine, carrots l’orange, oven roasted redskin potatoes, basket of rolls, coffee, hot tea and an ice tea fountain
Desserts (9-10): chocolate mousse w/raspberry sauce and New York cheesecake
