Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, The Coast Hotel & Convention Centre Langley shall be entitled to forfeited deposit amounts as follows:
* Over 30 days prior to event ~ 25% of total room rate and estimated Food & Beverage
* 11-30 days prior to event ~ 50% of total room rental and estimated F&B
*0-10 days prior to event ~ 100% of total room rental and estimated F&B
