Hi Class,
Hope that you all have had a great holiday season and a wonderful start to your new year.
We wanted to let you know what's been going on for the reunion plans for June.
First off, we've employed the assistance of Margaret Roche Alexander, to help with getting in touch and inviting class members who we have yet to contact. Her email address is . If you know anyone who has not been invited to, or has not heard about the reunion yet, please pass this info along.
Secondly, we have booked a location! The reunion will be held at:

The reunion will be from 8:00pm to 12:00 midnight with a buffet dinner, a cash bar, and dessert and coffee. The committee is currently working on selecting a DJ and having a plasma screen available to scroll though pictures of our past and present. We are also working on decorations, and further advertising for the event.
For those of you who want to stay overnight, the Courtyard is offering our group a rate of $129.00 per night for both Friday and Saturday night. Please contact the hotel directly to book your rooms, just mention that you are with the reunion for the special rate.
There is a fee for parking at the hotel, but they have reduced the rates for our class. Just mention that you are with the reunion upon arrival and the fee will be $5.00 for the reunion only, and $10.00 per night for overnight guests. (We’ll remind you as we get closer to the date.)
Lastly, we’ve been collecting deposits of $20 per person in an effort to get an estimate on how many will attend. So far we have deposits for 33 people and have heard from an additional 53 who plan on attending but have not yet sent a deposit. The number attending will directly affect the final cost with the more coming the lower we will each pay. Right now, the estimate is between $67 and $75 per person to attend the event.
So if you haven't already please send the deposit to the name and address listed below. This will really help us in moving forward with all the other arrangements for the event.
