Good Evening classmates. Your reunion committee has been working hard to plan a memorable 20 year class reunion this summer. Thanks for all of the input that everyone has given. We have finally agreed on a budget and have the venues identified. However, we still need funds to secure the venues. With everyone who committed verbally, we are going to have a great turnout. Here are the fees:

Admission to events:
Alumni-$65
Couples (Spouse, Dates)-$100

Ad Books
Full Page-$50
Half Page-$30
1/4 Page -$20

Admission fees include a Catered Picnic, Reunion Party and Buffet style Dinner. Alumni Mix and Mingle will take place the night prior to Reunion. Place TBA. Reunion Party / Dinner will take place at the Holiday Inn Universty of Memphis Banquet halls with a tentative date of July 31st. This date will be confirmed once we pay the deposit.

Pay Schedule:

1/2 is due on or before April 15th ($32.50 Alumni Single and $50 Couples).
Remaining Balance Due June 1st ($32.50 Alumni Single and $50 Couples).

The faster we get the deposits in the faster we can secure the July 31st date.

We have 5 Captains that will be available to collect fees.

We will also announce two locations before April 15th where we can be found for class members to drop off payments. You will receive a receipt for your payments and tickets will be sent to you prior to the event.
