Those of you that have offered to help but arent in town, now is the time!!!
In order to move forward with our plans we need to get the $$ flowing. Committee members have fronted the funds to secure the deposit locking in our date at the Crown Plaza but we need to sell another 60 dinner tickets by the end of March to pay the minimum on our catering bill and book an...y en...tertainment, DJs etc., allowing us to then to focus on the more creative elements of the evening.
Tickets are $50.00 per person for buffet dinner including beverage. Cash bar will also be available. Please send you payments to : Patty (Pride) Wilkins 304 Buckingham Way, Smithfield, Va 23430. Your help in confirming early is greatly appreciated. For those traveling, it is also not too early to make your hotel reservations . We have booked a limited number of rooms for both Friday and Saturday night at the Crown- $99.00 per night. Please mention the class to insure you recieve our rate and reserve very early as these rooms should fill fast and any not taken will be released several weeks before the event to insure we are not incurring any fees for lack of sales.
