Noon: Casual gathering/socializing in the Park (Tuolumne Veterans' Memorial Park). Bring spouses and significant others, kids, chairs, sunscreen etc. The Tuolumne Pool will be open across the street. There are basketball courts and baseball fields to keep all ages happy and away from all of the stories that we don’t want them to hear! Please bring a snack item (chips, soda, cookies, or other easy stuff) to contribute to a “snack table” for everybody to enjoy.
5:00 pm: Tri-tip picnic BBQ served in the Park. Please R.S.V.P. by printing out the R.S.V.P. attachment and mailing it as directed. The price is $20.00 per person for a tri tip dinner with beans, potato salad, green salad, cake, punch and water. It will be brought to us and served in the park. A kid’s hot dog, chips, and drink meal is available for $4.00. R.S.V.P. deadline for the dinner is June 21. No refunds after that date! Please R.S.V.P. right away so we can plan.
7:00 pm: Bowling at Black Oak Casino. For planning purposes, we would appreciate an approximate headcount. If you think you’d like to bowl, please mark it on the R.S.V.P. form.

9:00 pm: Show at the Casino’s Willow Creek Lounge or gambling. We will have a section reserved for us!
9:00 am, Sunday: Meet for breakfast at the Casino.
