Our 40 Year Class Reunion is fast approaching and will be held the weekend of August 1-3, 2014. Please mark your calendar and start making plans to attend. We're working really hard to make this a fun and relaxing reunion and we'd like to see as many classmates as possible!

To kick it off we have arranged for an informal get together on Friday evening starting at 7:00 p.m. at Albany Technical College, Kirkland Building -1704 South Slappey Boulevard
Albany, Georgia 31701. We have made this an All White Event. We will have wonderful food and beverages, lots of time for reminiscing and getting reacquainted.

Saturday Morning, August 2, 2014 we will begin with our Reunion Breakfast and the election of our 45th Reunion committee at Monroe High School Cafeteria 900 Lippitt Drive Albany, GA 31701

Saturday night the festivities will again be at Albany Technical College, Kirkland Building

We will begin with Happy Hours from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. We will feature an evening banquet/dance filled with enchantment and reuniting of friends, classmates and teachers as we Walk down Memory Lane.

Sunday morning we are hoping to worship with each of you at the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church located at Cedar street; followed by an until we meet again luncheon.

The cost of the Reunion is 150.00 for each class member and their guest (this will include your reunion booklet). Please make all checks payable to: MHS Class of 1974 and return with your form as soon as possible, with a deadline of December 31, 2013. If you are unable to attend we would still like to include you in our reunion booklet so please complete the form either way. If you're not attending and would like a souvenir reunion booklet, please send $10.00 (to cover printing and postage) along with your completed information form.

We plan to have a presentation featuring classmates and/or their families for everyone's viewing pleasure. If you would like to send pictures via email please send them to egesr131@yahoo.com. If you prefer snail mail please send them along with your What I've Been Up To and Registration Form to the address at the bottom of this page. (Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you want the pictures returned to you.)

We are still planning and will begin making final preparation for our reunion in the coming months. We'd like to know of any activities you would like us to try to arrange. Some ideas being tossed around are: a tour of the high school, and a golf outing on Saturday. Let us know if these interest you at all - or maybe what you might like to see happen if these don't appeal to you. Please, for planning purposes return by May 31, 2013. Remember this is our reunion and we need your support to make this event a success, and memorable.
