Class of '91 & '93 welcome!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday August 16, 2017, 11:00 pm PT
**NO DAY OF EVENT PAYMENTS OR WALK-INS (Event participant food guarantees are driving this)
When: 7:00 pm -10:00 pm Saturday, August 19, 2017
Where: WOODINVILLE - 20 Corners Brewery Barrel Room - 14148 NE 190th St., Woodinville, Washington 98072
Who: ’92 Alumni, guests welcome with a ticket for each additional guest – limit of 120 people total
What to bring: Your fabulous self, any 21+ guest you would like to have with you, and money for additional drinks/beverages.
Event Ticket Cost: $40 per person (plus minor credit card processing fee)
Each Event Ticket Includes:
Admission for one person 21+
Beverage: (1) includes one beverage ticket good for beer, wine, hard cider, root beer or soda. Each additional beverage is no-host.
Buffet/family style food: "More than just a greens" salad, vegetarian and meat flatbreads on from a woodstone oven, hand carved bbq meat for sliders with baked beans from local food truck, PinkyQ's and Zoup, with rave reviews.
FYI - Additional drink prices are as follows - Beer- $5, Cider- $5, White Wine -$7, Red Wine- $9, Draft Rootbeer- $3, Juice or soda - $1.50
Optional Help a Classmate Fund - This was requested to provide an avenue to help those with financial hardship. We would like as many classmates in attendance and this fund will help a classmate attend. Any remaining funds will be donated to a charity selected by the reunion committee.
**If you are a classmate in challenging financial times we still want you to attend. Please contact the host for details, always a confidential courtesy provided.
Q: Why are there two registrations?
A: There are two events: Family Friendly (Daytime) and an Adult Only (Evening)
Q: Do I need to register for both?
A: See below
Adult Only (Evening) - Absolutely for the evening event (deadline Wednesday August 16, 2017 - 11:00 pm) no pay at the door option or walk-ins will not be accommodated.
Family Friendly (Daytime) - It's a nice to have (deadline of Wednesday August 16, 2017 - 5:00 pm) for supply planning purposes.
Q: If I register and pay for the evening event do I need to let you know if I plan to attend the day event?
A: It's a nice to have (courtesy) so we can have enough supplies for the family friendly event. We will not assume you are attending an event unless you Register/Pay and/or RSVP exclusively to both.
Q: If I donate to the "Help a Classmate Fund" and there is extra money left at the conclusion of the event where does the money go?
A: The committee isn't in a money making business. All extra funds will be donated to a charity picked by the committee.
