The Independence High School Class of 1995 reunion will be held June 24 & 25.  June 24 will be an informal mixer for people coming into town that night.  If you are in town, plan to come to Doc's Legends Restaurant & Sports Bar at 300 N 8th Street . Saturday is when the real festivities begin, kicking off at 11:00 am at the 4H Building at Riverside Park.  This will be a family picnic.  We will be serving hotdogs.  Bring your lawn chairs and feel free to bring a side dish or dessert if you would like.  The picnic will last until approximately 2:00 pm.  The reunion will continue that evening upstairs at Doc's Legends Restaurant & Sports Bar.  The mixer will start at 6:30 pm, with dinner being served at 7:00 pm.  The dinner will be a buffet style with two meat choices: roast beef and fried chicken.  The cost to attend all events is $20 for single or $35 for family.  Tickets for the events can also be purchased separately, though we hope that most people will choose to attend all of the events.  The cost for Saturday afternoon’s activities is $5 per adult attending; for Saturday evening’s, $15 per adult.  There will be no charge for children attending the picnic at the park, but please let us know how many will be attending to assist us in planning the food.  All RSVP’s and money need to be sent to Jessica Boles, 1845 K St SW, Miami, OK 74354, by May 28.  For more details, see the reunion website.
