Dear 1955 Grads,

The reunion committee is putting together a Memory Book for each attendee.  I have enclosed a copy for you to fill out and return to Nancy along with a recent picture of yourself. To reserve dinner send $60/person along with your choice of dinner: beef, salmon or vegetarian dish.  

For those of you staying overnight at the Embassy Suites Hotel, here is the information to book your room at the group rate (which is less than AARP).  All overnight guests will enjoy a two-room suite complete with microwave, refrigerator, wet bar and coffee maker.  Additionally, each guest has a complimentary cooked to order breakfast and complimentary beverage each evening at the managers reception. The price is $119/night.  Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 12:00PM.  The critical element is that to secure a room at this special rate, you must book your room by May 25th at 12:00 AM.   If you have a car, the garage fee is $15 a night, self-park.  For Booking, contact the hotel at 1-925-934-2500 and let them know that you are with the Pleasant Hill Reunion Class of 1955.  For further questions contact George Montes, 925-746-0516. BART trains run on a regular basis from the SF Airport to the Pleasant Hill station where you will exit and walk across the street to the hotel. Class members who would like to join the overnight guests for breakfast only the charge is $12.50/person.  If sufficient people make reservations for the hotel and/or breakfast only, we will be able to secure a private room for our use the morning after the reunion.  To make reservations for the breakfast only, call one of the numbers listed above.

Currently we have 60 people attending the reunion and are looking forward to more reservations before the actual event.
