· Hello, everyone on behalf of the reunion committee, now that we have your attention:
· We are doing a 35 year reunion-- July 28-31 of 2005. Please send a return reply as a soon as possible. Indicating either your interest or lack there of, We will then continue planning based on those interested. If not interested please respond so we that we may know whom we have contacted. We continue to have difficulty reaching everyone,(see bottom list,) many of our e-mail addresses, addresses, phone numbers (area code changes), are outdated or being kicked back due to spam software. Please forward this to any classmates or class associates that you may have contact and send current information to us so we may update our lists.
· Plans at this point are:
· Thursday 7/28/05 Lloyds Lounge Macomb-casual mixer, cash Bar 7:30pm- ??
· Open to all GIHS ALUMNUS. You drink, eat, get rowdy or arrested, you pay your own bill !!
· Friday 7/29/05 Macomb VFW Hall 7:00-11:00 B.Y.O.B. Mixer Charity Event Minimal Entry Fee to be decided based on charity, hall cost for mixers etc. projected $5-10 cover for night to cover mixers etc.
· Open to all GIHS ALUMNUS
· Saturday 7/30/05 7:00 pm
· Bbq type Buffet Dinner West Shore Golf & Country, the plan now is to keep it simple and have fun.
· MAY OPEN TO ALUMNUS DEPENDING ON RESPONSE AND FACILITY LIMITATIONS. Costs at this time:
· $ 50.00 per person, $95.00 a couple, if paid before May 1st
· $ 55.00 per person, $100.00 a couple, if paid by June 15th
· $ 60.00 per person, $ 110 .00 a couple if paid, prior to July 10th__ we’re checking to see if we may open doors after 9:30 pm-more later. Not sure now if tickets will be available at door.· Graduated cost increases have been done so that we can have money earlier to set up reunion, pay deposits, get meal counts and plan actual size of events by the dates counts etc are needed. Very minimal funds were available to start so we need some cash flow.· Checks or Money Orders Should be made out to Bill Jambeau, for the number of seats/people you need, please note gihs 1970 reunion in memo area, mailed to Bill Jambeau’s Attention at :13181 NETHERWOOD, Southgate, Michigan, 48195,if you need to call Bill his phone number is, 734-283-4514. His Wife’s name is Val ( Saint Val,) Can any one even imagine 30 plus years with Bill? !!· Fair warning : Bad checks will result in loss of tickets and p/o classmates !!!

· If you do not want your e-mail passed around or multiple messages from us, please advise us so in your immediate response. I will continue to update everyone unless they request to be dropped from the e-mail list in the hope they/you may decide to join us at the reunion.
· In our efforts to keep it fun, simple, cheap, get everyone possible involved, or interested and to make it. Please provide as many e-mail addresses as possible of our classmates and friends. Please forward on your own, to anyone if they desire privacy or have chosen to become a hermit or are hiding in witness protection or avoiding alimony. We wish to avoid as many as possible complaints ao anyone not knowing what’s going on. Thursday and Friday definitely are open to all G.I.H.S. alumni, so provide alumnus addresses too. A Web Page is now under construction at this time for more information later I will E-mail this address later.
· PLEASE INDICATE: If you are planning on attending, NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING, WHICH DAYS INTERESTED, IN YOUR RESPONSE/payment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. More will follow as we get it. We will need definite commitments from at least 60 couples (or 100 singles) for Saturday’s event to happen. I will continue to update everyone unless they request to be dropped from the e-mail list in the hope they may decide to join us if their plans change.
