Hello Everyone,

We are all set and ready to go!!!  Our reservations for the Legion and DJ have been confirmed and our bank account has been set up.  We anticipate starting at 5:00 pm and running to 10:00 pm.  The evening will be casual dress (dockers, dress pants, dresses, ect).  Please no tuxedos, ties or suits, after all, we may just head out to our local watering holes after the reunion has ended.

Since the upfront planning is done, we now need to focus on the business portion of our event.  Donna (Burns) Brink, Becky (Rudolph) Naylor and I have established a 'Class of 1985' bank account at Pennstar Bank in Hallstead.  This account will be used to collect reservation dollars and disburse payments for our class reunion expenses.  Many of the core team members have already pitched in hundreds of dollars to get this started.  It's now time to start collecting from all who plan on attending.

As we have shared in past emails, the cost for the evening is $40.00 per person or $80.00 per couple.  This price includes a hot dinner featuring two meats, music, decorations, invitations, postage, many memories and a free invitation to our teachers of Blue Ridge High School.  We have been asked to share the exact numbers with the catering group by the first week in June.  Therefore, your cut off date to pay for the reunion will be Saturday, June 04, 2005.  To make a payment, write  your check or money order to “Class of 1985” and mail it to Donna (Burns) Brink @ East Mountain Valley Road  Hallstead, PA 18822.  Donna will deposit your payment and mark your name as paid on our roster.  Please do this ASAP, so we can begin ordering other supplies such as invitations and decorations.

Our 'Class of 1985' invitations will be formatted within the next week.  As stated above, we will print and send them out as money becomes available.  Our goal is to have them sent to each classmate found by the first week in May.  The teachers will receive theirs by the third week in May.
