WOW! What a great response we’ve got so far! Ok, some things to remember to include when sending in your deposits or payments. First – (You girls that are now using a different last name…) please remember to provide your maiden name. Second – Please remember to indicate if you will be bringing a guest, and if so, what is that person’s name. Third – The Friday night event is open to not only the kids, but any family members you wish to bring at no additional cost. So please indicate how many people you intend on bringing for that evening. Fourth – please make sure you provide all your current information: mailing address, phone number, eMail. Fifth – Will you be staying at the Hilton, other hotel or with family. Finally – Please indicate when you plan on leaving on Sunday.
The cost for the event is $125 per person or $250 per couple. That includes (in short) the Friday night tailgate party and Satellite High Homecoming Football game; and the Saturday night event. I have also received questions on how much the deposit should be. The answer is, “It’s up to you.” We will be requesting payment in full by the end of September, but if it takes a bit longer, just let us know and we’ll work it out… sorry the 5 year payment plan is not an option. Seriously, the idea is to minimize the impact to the household finances as much as we can. That’s why payments are acceptable, and “no” we don’t accept credit cards. Ok, enough of the finance discussion.
