Dear Wave Grad,

I hope this letter finds you doing well. As you have already considered, 2007 marks the 10 year anniversary of our graduation from Summerville High School. That seems hard to believe for some of us and others feel like it’s been twenty. In any case, each of us could use some time to unwind, gather with friends, and connect with old classmates.

A committee has been meeting to discuss plans for our reunion. We have decided to plan the evens for Labor Day weekend Friday August 31, 2007 through Sunday September 2, 2007.

We are scheduling two events for this year’s reunion. On Friday night we will have a family friendly barbecue (so bring your children) and on Saturday night a semi-formal event at a local country club. These types of events come at a cost and raising funds is a priority. We are charging admission for the events. You can purchase tickets for one event or both. The ticket price for Friday night is $25 (Children under 12 eat free and 13+ for $15). Tickets for Saturday’s event cost $65. To attend both events the price is $70.

In an effort to alleviate some costs and start a Summerville High School Class of 1997 Fund we are going to publish our own souvenir booklet “The Little Green Book.†� This book will serve as our very own little telephone directory. You can list your contact information, place an advertisement for your business, or just show your Green Wave spirit and reminiscence. There are four levels of sponsorship:

PLATINUM Inside or back cover of the book ad space and contact information listed $ 150
GOLD Full page ad and contact information listed $ 75
GREEN 1/2 page ad and contact information listed $ 50
SILVER 1 / 4 page ad and contact information listed $ 25
PATRON Contact Information listed $ 10
